- Can be genetic- more common in men

Symptoms
- severely limit their social roles
- Often feel in danger
- Concerned that others have hidden motives
- Inability to work with others
- Social isolation
- Detachment
- Hostility

- Medications - Anti-anxiety or antidepressant or anti-psychotic medications
